hi there, i'm taina.
I help individuals and organizations align their core values with strategic action for impact and longevity.
I do this through values-based coaching, leadership development, and DEI education. I leverage my experience in academia as a women's, gender, and sexuality studies scholar and my 10+ years of coaching to curate dynamic and liberatory experiences for my clients.
I've worked in all kinds of industries from a brain tissue research facility to a luxury travel and tour operator. In each role, I was able to leverage my aptitude for leadership and my strategic thinking to create a work experience that worked for me, not against me. After working with clients 1-on-1 to teach them how to do the same, I'm ready to share my expertise at the cohort level with Career Design School.

When does the program begin and end?
how much time do i need to set aside to participate?
Career Design School begins on January 26, 2022. We will meet 2x month until June 29, 2022.
We will meet for 1 hour twice per month for strategy sessions and 2 hours once per month for virtual coworking. I recommend an additional 3-5 hours per month for reviewing lessons, homework, and implementation.
What if i can't make one of the sessions?
Not to worry! Group sessions are recorded and available for you to review on your own time.
do you offer refunds?
Taina M Brown LLC does not offer refunds for any services already provided or for any packaged programs once the contract is signed. If an extraneous circumstance occurs and requires payments to be suspended for a period of time, please contact me at info@tainambrown.com. I seek to give you the best experience possible, welcome any feedback and will do my best to reconcile any client concerns.

Definitely! Payment plan options include an additional $15 processing fee and 2 or 3 month options ($506/month or $338/month respectively).
